Groove Circle

Groove Circle is the collaboration of

Max Kucuera on Guitars/Vocals,

Whitney Blake on Vocals,

Scott Bognar on Bass

Tom Schlund on e-drums & percussion.

This project is what happens when two different generations of musicians come together, let the tape roll,follow the rhythm and listen to each other.

​

When this takes place, doors open to step out of the confines of a square and into a larger, vast circle of movement together.

 

The musicians you are hearing in these impromptu jams range from 27 to 59 years young.

 

The mixture of sounds range from House Dance similar to Daft Punk, to bluesy grooves with a likeness to The Grateful Dead

to Old School Hip Hop and much more. Groove Circle truly offers a very original mix, sonically speaking.
