After years of building successful businesses and playing live music which gave him the opportunity to entertain hundreds of thousands of people over the years, Tom Schlund has now combined his love of music, art, nostalgia and entrepreneurship as he and his partner, Marilyn Moss have put together a new venture, The Groovy Room. 

 

Marilyn has degrees in Fine Arts and Art Education from R.I.T. in Rochester, NY. She has alway been an entrepreneur as well. She owned and operated Moss Design Group and opened and curated Moss Gallery, representing over 50 artists. Marilyn is a Fine Artist and Graphic Designer. One of her main mediums is woodcuts, which came from her love of inks.

 

Marilyn’s attention to artistic detail and love of gathering people coupled with Tom’s background has resulted in the development of this unique and fun filled presentation of a bygone era.

 

The Groovy Room transforms your venue and transports your guests back to the 1970’s and ‘80s for an evening of peace, love and happiness.
